Mark was born into a Christian family and trusted Christ at the early age of 6. He attended Bob Jones University where he majored in Bible and minored in public speaking, graduating with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in 1983. He is currently pursuing a masters degree in counseling along with certification with the The National Association of Nouthetic Counselors (NANC). Mark also received his certification from the Dale Carnegie Course on Human Relations. He has extensive counseling experience, is a deacon, men's Sunday school teacher, and is active in the counseling/mentoring ministry at his local church.
Sherrie graduated in 1981 from Bob Jones University with a degree in Music Education. She is the pianist for Faith Baptist Church in Taylors, SC, has taught private piano lessons for 25 years, and has had several music arrangements published including piano, choral, and instrumental pieces. She has extensive counseling experience seeking to help women and teenage girls come to know God intimately and find grace to thrive during the challenging seasons of life. She is a women's Sunday school teacher and is active in the counseling/mentoring ministry at her local church. Sherrie is a member of the International Association of Biblical Counselors and is currently pursuing her masters degree in biblical counseling.
